As It is a set menu, we don't have the option to change it completely but we can accomodate as much as possible to avoid any allergies you can have if you let us know in advance, when booking.

CUTTLEFISH

Fluid cuttlefish ink croquette, chilmole emulsion, truffle potatoes crisps

TUNA 

Tuna tartare, dashi and soy jelly, avocado & wasabi cream, popped pork, nori powder

SQUID

Stuffed squid, goan style curry, coriander and mint chutney, potatoes souffles, prawn cracker

LOBSTER

Butter poached lobster, lobster laksa, pickled radish, mediterranean semi dried tomatoes, fennel emulsion

GUINEA FOWL

Guinea Fowl cannelloni, huancaina sauce, black olive crumble, puffed chicken skin, guinea fowl glaze

APPLE

Celery panna cotta, marinated apples, apple juice jelly, apple sorbet 

PINEAPPLE

Dark rum infused pineapple, coconut crumble, pina colada sorbet, coconut meringue, pineapple cremeux, lime mousse

Cancellation policy:

We understand that circumstances can change and if you have to cancel your booking and if we are able to resell your ticket, we will be very happy to refund the full amount for each ticket resold. We can only give refunds or accept cancellations if we can resell your tickets or if we get a one week cancellation notice. The reasons for the loss of your booking fees are as follows: Alma is a pop up restaurant whose fine dining events are planned in advance. Staff is contracted for each specific event and food is ordered specifically for you. Cancellations made outside of the policy criteria will incur costs to Alma for the reasons stated above.
